The Wednesday midweek 4 ball saw the O’Keeffe’s in a Matchplay as they were anchored by Deirdre O’Sullivan with Catherine taking the overall nett from Hubby Pat on the back nine with the higher handicap. Pat had to settle for 2nd nett as he was also pipped for the gross on the back nine by the combination of Mick O’Leary and Rick O’Mahony who had a score of 3 under. Eileen Murphy and Josie Twomey lost out to Darren O’Leary and Pat Conway for second gross. The Clubs Member’s week commences on Wednesday next with a scramble and singles on the Thursday and Friday and on Saturday both Captains, Pat O’Keeffe and Deirdre O’Sullivan will host a Captains day where all Club Members are more than welcome.
